MN Financial Service had a Novell Netware network and wanted migrate to a Microsoft environment in order to take advantage of the advanced shared contact and calendaring features of Microsoft's Exchange server, Outlook and the Blackberry handheld devices.

Considering the fact that MN Financial services has years worth of information on the servers the operation had to be entrusted to a highly professional company with extensive experience with such migrations.

MN Financial interviewed several companies and eventually decided to have CORAL Information Technology handle the move.

CORAL provided MN Financial with a pre-configured & pre-tested Microsoft Exchange server and proceeded to migrate all the information over from the old Novell Netware server.

Prior to the the move CORAL's certified trainer trained the staff in the use of Microsoft Outlook and the Exchange mail server.

The work was successfully performed on the weekend in order to limit interruptions to regular business hours and coming Monday morning all of the users logged into the new Microsoft server to retrieve their email and make appointments.
