Changing computer consultants in the search for a responsive and reliable IT support and the "dream" of achieving a stable computing environment seamed to be an unavoidable reality for Outdoors and Beyond Inc.

Server and computer failures and virus/spy-ware infections were a common occurrence but that predicament was about to come to an end, Outdoors and beyond came across CORAL Information Technology and decided to order the free network health assessment.

After conducting the assessment CORAL provided Outdoors & Beyond with
a report that specifies the current condition of its computer network and a blueprint for achieving a stable and reliable computing environment.

Outdoors and Beyond Inc. decided to upgrade its network and to take advantage of CORAL's advanced proactive monitoring and remote maintenance features.

CORAL implemented a three layer security solution that included a firewall to block penetration to the network from outside the organization, an industry leading anti-virus and ani-spyware software that automatically updates all the workstations on the network and finally a virus/spam filtering service that removes any viruses from emails BEFORE they reach Outdoors and Beyond's computers.

After just a few weeks Outdoors and Beyond experienced a dramatic reduction in computer problems and its ongoing support expenditures were reduced by 40%.
